The Programme Score, developed by a psychologist and a kinesiologist, provides students with 12 weeks of support to learn and experiment with strategies for balancing studies, obligations and well-being.

Students enrolled in the Score program take part in a weekly 2-hour session covering various aspects of university life: study, reading, physical activity, relaxation, diet, sleep, free time, etc. The aim is to integrate and apply theoretical concepts, while at the same time inviting students to draw up their own personal action plan, including ways of achieving balance. In order to integrate and apply the theoretical concepts, students are also invited to draw up their own personal action plan, including ways of achieving balance.

A typical 2-hour session includes:

  • a 45-minute physical workout adapted to each individual’s physical condition
  • an activity related to the week’s theme
  • monitoring the achievement of action plan objectives
  • training in deep breathing, relaxation or visualization
