The Déjouer la procrastination workshops are designed to help you better understand what drives you to put off certain tasks… and, above all, to find simple and realistic ways to get started. Inspired by the ACT approach, they invite you to welcome your thoughts and emotions (even the dull ones!) without letting them take control. We begin by demystifying procrastination, learning to recognise what is truly avoidance and what is simply a matter of priorities. Then we explore concrete strategies such as the Pomodoro technique, reducing distractions, setting achievable goals, and techniques for taking a step back when thoughts sabotage motivation.
