The objectives are as follows:
– Understand the relevance of taking an interest in anxiety in your students;
– Distinguish between stress and anxiety;
– Identify the manifestations of anxiety in your students;
– Understand the basic concepts related to anxiety;
– Identify strategies to be implemented in the classroom or at the centre to prevent or reduce stress and anxiety in your students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To have access to this workshop, a staff member from your institution or the public health department in your region must be trained to lead this workshop in order to offer it to other staff members by participating in the following training: 2-hour workshop on Anxiety in our students: what can I do as a member of staff? This training aims to familiarise those who will be running the workshop with its content and give them the tools they need to run it with staff members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
