– Understand the relevance of focusing on anxiety in your students;
– Distinguish between stress and anxiety;
– Identify the manifestations of anxiety in your students;
– Understand the basic concepts related to anxiety;
– Identify strategies to be implemented in the classroom or at the center to prevent or reduce stress and anxiety in your students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
