The study involved students in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objective feedback<\/strong> provides information on performance in the form of grades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Positive feedback<\/strong> provides positive comments on work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que les \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants ayant re\u00e7u des r\u00e9troactions positives&nbsp;:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Avaient davantage l\u2019intention d\u2019adopter de bonnes habitudes d\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>D\u00e9claraient avoir un meilleur sentiment d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 personnelle en math\u00e9matiques.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Se sentaient davantage \u00e0 leur place en cours.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle avait anticip\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche n\u2019a pas not\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rences entre les hommes et les femmes quant aux effets de la r\u00e9troaction positive.
