It is intended for managers, psychosocial counsellors or any other person involved in a sports organization or post-secondary institution wishing to integrate a psychosocial counsellor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three main topics are covered: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding the sports environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the right service offering for the sports team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrating ethical issues into the process<span class=\"diigoHighlightCommentLocator\"><\/span><span class=\"diigoHighlightCommentLocator\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each of these topics, there are elements of context and reflection, as well as questions to consider the issues specific to the context of sport and the reality and needs of each environment.
