It provides a structured framework for identifying institutional strengths and gaps, and the opportunity to use these results to advocate for better resources and policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tool is based on five main principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Culture and awareness<\/strong>: Is mental health openly discussed at this facility?
