{"id":11597,"date":"2025-03-31T15:17:42","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T19:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stationsme.ca\/ressource-personnel\/resilience-building-workshops-at-universite-de-montreal\/"},"modified":"2025-03-31T15:20:56","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T19:20:56","slug":"resilience-building-workshops-at-universite-de-montreal","status":"publish","type":"member-resource","link":"https:\/\/stationsme.ca\/en\/staff-members\/tools-for-staff-members\/resilience-building-workshops-at-universite-de-montreal\/","title":{"rendered":"Resilience-building workshops at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/fas.umontreal.ca\/resilience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resilience-building workshops<\/a> for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al consist of 4 90-minute sessions that address :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The impact of thoughts on functioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving strategies to be proactive in the face of challenges encountered during studies or future professional life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fictitious cases are presented during the workshops, and participants are invited to try out tools in their personal lives between workshops.
