Launched in 2019, the project was coordinated by the RBC Centre of University Expertise in Mental Health, which supported the institutions through a structured knowledge transfer and facilitation process. The institutions were guided in identifying the needs and issues experienced by their student populations, based in particular on new surveys and existing data.
