{"id":13590,"date":"2026-02-03T11:02:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T16:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stationsme.ca\/ressource-personnel\/article-bienveillance-et-sante-mentale-en-milieu-universitaire-retombees-dun-cours-pour-personnes-doctorantes-french-only\/"},"modified":"2026-02-03T11:06:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T16:06:21","slug":"article-bienveillance-et-sante-mentale-en-milieu-universitaire-retombees-dun-cours-pour-personnes-doctorantes-french-only","status":"publish","type":"member-resource","link":"https:\/\/stationsme.ca\/en\/staff-members\/tools-for-staff-members\/article-bienveillance-et-sante-mentale-en-milieu-universitaire-retombees-dun-cours-pour-personnes-doctorantes-french-only\/","title":{"rendered":"Article : Bienveillance et sant\u00e9 mentale en milieu universitaire : retomb\u00e9es d\u2019un cours pour personnes doctorantes (french only)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.openedition.org\/ripes\/6307#quotation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article <\/a>presents the results of a study aimed at documenting perceptions of the impact of a university course designed to equip doctoral students with the tools they need to take care of their own mental health and that of their current and future colleagues, and to contribute to the establishment of a culture of kindness in the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the course <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usherbrooke.ca\/admission\/fiches-cours\/EFD916\/promotion-de-la-sante-mentale-en-milieu-professionnel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Promotion de la sant\u00e9 mentale en milieu professionnel<\/a> at the Universit\u00e9 of Sherbrooke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the study, 22 doctoral students completed a questionnaire and participated in a focus group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En somme, les r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence les retomb\u00e9es per\u00e7ues par les personnes participantes de la participation \u00e0 ce cours, et ce, \u00e0 trois niveaux : individuel, interpersonnel, et organisationnel (culture universitaire).
