Their student leadership plays a vital role in creating inclusive and supportive environments, raising awareness about mental health, and building resilience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grad Minds&#8217; initiatives include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizing events such as yoga sessions, discussion groups, and art workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mental health magazine called <em>Elemental <\/em>that features creative contributions from the student community, helping to normalize conversations about mental health and raise awareness. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A peer support service <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A survey designed to gather feedback on mental health challenges and desired resources to guide future initiatives. The results of this survey were presented at the <a href=\"https:\/\/event.fourwaves.com\/fr\/journeessme2026\/pages\">2026 SME Days<\/a> using the posters below. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
