These challenges include, in particular, difficulties with socialization, transitions to postsecondary education, stigma, and the gap between available services and actual needs. At the same time, several positive factors have been identified, such as access to tailored resources, support network, as well as the development of autonomy and self-acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This presentation aims to clarify the concepts of neurodiversity and neurodivergence, distinguishing them from deficit models; it examines the main structural, educational, and social challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals; and highlights concrete strategies for supporting their mental health.
