The Kal\u00e9idoscope workshops offered to students at the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Trois-Rivi\u00e8res are designed to develop mentalization skills in support of psychological well-being. They are part of an experiential and educational approach that promotes the integration of this social-emotional skill into daily life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kal\u00e9idoscope workshops, developed in partnership with a research project, make it possible to evaluate their impact, ensure their long-term viability, and support their implementation in institutions of higher education. Institutions wishing to participate receive support that includes training in facilitating the workshops, tools, and a practical guide, as well as support meetings with trainers during the group pilot phase. This approach promotes the adoption of the content and the adaptation of practices within these settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These workshops were presented as part of the Journ\u00e9es de transfert de connaissances sur la sant\u00e9 mentale \u00e9tudiante<\/a>, organized by ISM\u00c9 <\/a>in March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
