This study<\/a> explores the impact of teacher support in the adoption of practices that improve the well-being of the student population. These practices concern three aspects of teaching<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pedagogical activities (e.g. keeping cell phones away from activities, taking breaks, allowing students to move around the classroom, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The teaching staff’s approach (e.g. handing out material in advance, giving feedback, showing interest in students, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Course logistics (e.g. allowing choices in evaluations, balancing the weighting of evaluations, taking time into account when completing an evaluation, etc.). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
