It is also part of the cultural change supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-contenu.quebec.ca\/cdn-contenu\/adm\/min\/education\/publications-adm\/soutien-etablissements\/Brochure-Violences-sexuelles-VF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">intervention strategy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plan is divided into 3 areas of action, with a total of 11 measures. Prevention<\/strong>: ensuring a change of culture to prevent and counter sexual violence in higher education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Axis 2 &#8211; Accompanying people:<\/strong> ensure adequate and effective support for people dealing with situations related to sexual violence, notably through the services of a one-stop shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Axis 3 &#8211;
