This activity was inspired by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwindsor.ca\/dailynews\/2018-12-09\/wellness-program-aims-bag-exam-stress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wellness Bags<\/a> initiative at the University of Windsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first Quebec edition took place in April 2019, during a stressful end-of-term period, to provide an opportunity to remind people of the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and preserving their psychological well-being. To achieve this, around a hundred gourds were hidden in the communal areas of 10 student residences. At a certain point, the student population was invited to take a break to join in the hunt and find out where the gourds were.
