Change ton algorithme<\/a> is an awareness-raising campaign designed to encourage young people aged 12 to 30 to take a critical look at the content they consume on social networks and its impact on body image. Initiated by a psychology student, the project achieves its goals through workshops and conferences in educational institutions, including CEGEPs and universities, and through the creation of online educational kits for family members and professionals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site includes a section of recommended actions for professionals to help them support the young people they work with. A complete document is available on request to view all recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
