The HORS-PISTE program<\/a> at the RBC Centre for University Expertise in Mental Health is based on a positive global approach. It aims to develop students’ psychosocial and socio-emotional skills, and to create healthy, caring environments. This program includes the training of facilitators for Zen-ith workshops.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zen-ith workshops are designed for college and university students. Their aim is to develop and enrich the dimensions of emotional intelligence, with a view to improving self-management and interpersonal relations. Inspired by several themes of positive psychology, they build on the strengths of each individual, their ability to observe themselves with flexibility, to communicate consciously and to mobilize towards what is meaningful to them. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To implement and run a series of 3 to 5 Zen-ith workshops at your establishment, you need to attend three days of training (in person) and a certification workshop (virtual) at the end of each day. The aim of all this training is to support and enhance the coaching, intervention and\/or teaching of participants, and to equip you to deliver continuing education workshops to staff members in your establishment, if desired. Please note that it is also possible to take each of the 3 days of training individually, depending on the theme addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
