The Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke has set up the Promotion de la sant\u00e9 mentale en milieu professionnel <\/a>course to equip graduate students to take care of their own mental health and that of their colleagues and the current and future student population. The aim of the course is to enable future university professors and researchers to become agents of change in the creation of a new culture of caring and well-being in the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A study was carried out to assess the perceived impact of this course, and the facilitating factors that contributed to this impact. Data was collected from 20 students, using a questionnaire and a focused discussion group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
