It sheds light on a reality that is rarely discussed: the pressures, insecurities, and expectations men face regarding their bodies. In short, it debunks the myth that this doesn\u2019t apply to them.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The second series focuses on<strong> eating disorders<\/strong>. It demystifies what they really are, who they can affect, and how they develop. The videos also offer tips on how to recognize the signs, cope with them, or better support someone without falling into stereotypes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The third series focuses on <strong>fatphobia<\/strong>. It sheds light on realities that are less often discussed, such as social standards and weight-based judgments. The goal is to help you step back from these norms and understand their impacts.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fourth series explores our <strong>relationship with physical activity<\/strong>.
