After completing a questionnaire, the application generates a custom dashboard. You can follow and celebrate: the duration of your abstinence, the improvement of your health, the money saved, the number of cigarettes not smoked and the time of life recovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the app provides tools and tips to understand your desires and cope with them. If you wish, you can also take a trip to reduce your cravings and keep a journal of your condition.
