It\u2019s simple and fun: the app\u2019s timer turns your moments of focus into a beautiful virtual forest. Conversely, if you leave the app to use your phone, the tree dies. You can create lists of allowed apps to make a few exceptions or, conversely, block certain apps during your focus period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep you motivated, Forest lets you earn rewards and unlock over 90 types of virtual trees. Plus, the app provides detailed statistics so you can track your focus time and daily phone usage.
