The Observatoire sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignement supérieur (OSMÉES) brings together nearly 300 individuals—including researchers, students, and staff from higher education institutions—who are committed to advancing and applying knowledge to promote and sustain a culture that supports student mental health in higher education.
Together, they conduct research projects that fall into three main areas:
- Missions (e.g., evaluation of practices, student training and engagement, international collaboration, etc.)
- Populations (e.g., student-athletes, international students, students with disabilities, etc.)
- Thematic (educational practices, destigmatization, lifestyle habits, self-management, services, suicide prevention, etc.)
OSMÉES is also responsible for the l’Enquête québécoise sur la santé mentale étudiante: Temps pour toi and is developing several knowledge translation tools:
