Here’s a series of fifteen fact sheets on topics of interest to the Station SME student population in the Taking Care of Yourself section. Awareness campaigns
Edition 2025: It’s not that wild, it’s humain nature
Under the slogan ‘It’s not that wild, it’s human nature,’ the campaign highlights the superhuman behaviours that students sometimes adopt during their studies and offers alternatives and tools to help them better cope with stress and anxiety during a term. The campaign also invites the entire campus to join a movement to end the cycle of performance anxiety. Starting in August 2025, higher education institutions are invited to help spread the word about this awareness campaign. To do so, consult the campaign’s digital file or contact Laura Pelletier, campaign coordinator, for more information: [email protected].
Edition 2024: La santé mentale, spotte-là!
Under the slogan “La santé mentale, spotte-la!”, this campaign aims to demystify and de-stigmatize student mental health, and to remind people that it is present everywhere on campus, since it concerns everyone. It highlights situations experienced by students during their studies, the possible impact on their mental health, and suggested actions to remedy the situation. Higher education institutions are invited to help spread this awareness campaign. To do so, consult the campaign’s digital dossier or contact Laura Pelletier, campaign coordinator, for more information: [email protected].
