ÉpiSens is an immersive exhibition designed to raise awareness, particularly among young people aged 16 to 35, of possible signs of mental health problems, but also to foster empathy and contribute to the destigmatization of mental health problems in the general population.
This exhibition allows participants to experience the physical and emotional symptoms of specific disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolarity and schizophrenia) through the testimonies of four young people living with these realities.
Contact the Centre psychosocial Richelieu-Yamaska to schedule an exhibition at a higher education institution.
