This ORES synthesis article discusses the results of a research project aimed at assessing the relevance of implementing a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course in the health sciences student population. This training provides basic knowledge of mental health disorders and supports the development of skills to better manage aggressive behavior and crisis situations. This is a standardized course model, applied worldwide, whose benefits have been documented by research.
