An Native Student Life Facilitator position has been created at Collège Ahunstic in November 2019. The incumbent is originally from Manawan, in the Atikamekw Nation. Her mandate at the college is to contribute to the cultural security of First Peoples students, in particular by welcoming them and supporting their success and needs. The facilitator also works to strengthen relationships between First Peoples and non-First Peoples students at the college.
