The HORS-PISTE program at the RBC Centre for University Expertise in Mental Health is based on a positive global approach. It aims to help students develop their psychosocial and socio-emotional skills, and to create healthy, caring environments. In this program, 3 workshops are offered to staff members of higher education establishments.
- Anxiety in our students: what can I do as a staff member? A 2 h 30 workshop to develop knowledge about stress and anxiety, and to learn strategies to prevent or reduce anxiety among students.
- Contributing to a culture of caring among college and university students: A 2-hour workshop for all CEGEP and university teachers and student supervisors.
- Cultivating well-being at work: A 1h45 long workshop enabling staff members to develop a concrete action plan to put forward the factors that promote their well-being at work and mitigate the impact of factors that undermine well-being.
