In Cégep Beauce-Appalaches, students can find, on the bathrooms’ mirrors, stickers with encouraging and motivating messages to boost their self-esteem, encourage personal reflection and collectively foster a caring and supportive attitude among the college community. This project has been developed by an alumna from the Cégep.
The stickers feature short, positive phrases such as “I am strong”, “I deserve to be happy” and “I am master of my destiny”.
