The purpose of this kit is to identify the elements to be taken into consideration when assessing a person’s suicidal risk, and proposes a non-exhaustive list of suicidal risk assessment tools available in Canada and around the world.
The kit is divided into two sections :

- Administration not requiring a clinician or mental health professional
- Administered by a clinician or mental health professional
