The Molehill Mountain app has been developed specifically for people with autism spectrum disorder, to help them understand and tame their anxiety. It is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-established and clinically proven technique for reducing anxiety symptoms.

Molehill Mountain offers daily exercises to identify and analyze your sources of anxiety. By documenting your thoughts and emotions, you’ll be able to identify recurring patterns, tendencies and triggers of anxiety, learn strategies to reduce it and track your progress. The application also includes mindfulness exercises to help you put aside momentary concerns.
