Who am I? How do I live my life? These are not simple questions, but the Être et Liberté podcast attempts to answer them. Funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec and produced by the Observatoire sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignement supérieur (OSMÉES), this podcast—created by and for students—brings together young people aged 18–30, researchers, and public figures from Quebec for discussions on well-being and positive mental health. Concepts such as identity development, authenticity, self-compassion, resilience and meaning in life are addressed, among others.
