The Cellule d’intervention mieux-être (CIME) of the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) offers free and confidential professional support to the student community of the Institut national de la recherche scientifique. The CIME team consists of a psychologist, a social worker and a remedial teacher. They offer the following services.

  • Psychological support: anxiety or depressive symptoms, relationship or adjustment difficulties, exhaustion, identity or self-esteem issues, loss of meaning, addictions, etc.
  • Psychosocial support: problems related to housing, childcare, transportation, budgeting, various stress factors (e.g. bereavement, separation, isolation/integration, etc.).
  • Learning supportchallenges in writing situations, reading scientific articles or journals, organization, motivation, attention/concentration, etc.

Students can contact the CIME during working days, whether for a one-off consultation, an assessment, professional follow-up, crisis intervention or referral to a complementary resource.
