Mon équilibre ULaval is Université Laval’s program for promoting healthy lifestyle habits. The main themes covered by this program are: nutrition, stress management, sleep, physical health, occupational health and economic health. Various initiatives and projects have been set up to raise awareness and strengthen the student population’s ability to maintain balance. For example, the calendrier des activités Santé et bien-être offers several workshops on topics such as performance anxiety, stress management, balancing school and family, breaking up with a lover and procrastination.
