The University of Toronto’s Flourish project is aimed at Ontario students transitioning to university. It aims to support students in identifying their internal strengths, managing their stress and adopting strategies for adapting to the post-secondary context.

More specifically, the Flourish project teaches students to draw on their own strengths to succeed and feel good, to engage in meaningful extracurricular activities, and to acquire skills to adapt to the ups and downs of post-secondary education.
