This report analyzes the results of systematic reviews documenting the effectiveness of student.s mental health interventions. Technological, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-educational, mindfulness-based and acceptance/engagement interventions, recreational programs and relaxation are all covered. This review revealed the effectiveness of specific interventions, such as mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral interventions, in promoting mental health in the higher education student population.
