This workshop discusses the phenomenon of ecoanxiety in the Quebec context, based on the preliminary results of studies conducted with young adults. It also presents the essential role of teachers and caregivers in welcoming, supporting and guiding people experiencing ecoanxiety. Strategies for learning to cope better with difficult emotions are discussed, as are courses of action to be implemented in higher education settings.
