It is specifically intended for people with ADHD, but it can also be applicable to other conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

You will also find visual reminders to help you manage your time and emotions, as well as challenges to put into practice what you will learn while using the app. In addition, you can share your feelings and get support through an online community.
