This synthesis article presents the results of a study designed to evaluate the effects of integrating short conscious breathing exercises into the classroom. A total of 325 university students in different classes took part in the study during one session. Mindfulness exercises took place every other class.
Malgré certaines limites à l’étude, notamment le déclin du taux de réponse aux questionnaires durant la session, l’équipe de recherche conclut qu’une intervention de 3 à 4 minutes en début de cours est bénéfique pour les personnes étudiantes et enseignantes.
