The BUnited Peer Support Centre is a community space on the Bishop’s University campus where students can come together to support each other in a safe and confidential environment. The students who work there have been trained in active listening and confidentiality in order to provide healthy emotional support to their peers.

The center also organizes weekly activities and community events. On Fridays and Saturdays, the center is open in the evenings from 4 to 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 2 to 6 p.m. for socialization and support.

The Peer Support Centre also houses an emergency service for students experiencing financial difficulties. They can obtain groceries, toiletries and school supplies free of charge.

A Facebook page and Instagram account are run to maintain communication with the student population.
