This article presents the results of a survey of meta-analyses and literature reviews published in connection with prevention and mental health promotion interventions targeting students in higher education. These findings support the relevance of interventions such as mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavioral techniques, relaxation and social skills development. Interventions involving technological aids (Web, computer, videos, etc.) also seem to show favourable results when combined with a cognitive-behavioural approach.
