This presentation was made as part of the Journées de transfert de connaissances sur la santé mentale étudiante, organized by ISMÉ in March 2024.
Based on two reference frameworks that institutions can draw on, members of the Observatoire sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignement supérieur (OSMÉES) team answer the following question : How do you encourage the success of a new initiative to support student mental health on your campus and maximize its impact?
They also present a concrete approach implemented in higher education establishments in the Eastern Townships to illustrate the theory.
Speakers:
- Julie Lane, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Université de Sherbrooke; Director, RBC Centre d’expertise universitaire en santé mentale, OSMÉES Co-Director
- Félix Guay-Dufour, D.Ps., work and organizational psychologist and project coordinator at the RBC Centre for Expertise in Mental Health and OSMÉES coordinator
