Chill Time has been developed to help manage stress, anxiety and difficile emotions. The interface is very simple, focusing on three main areas: meditation, breathing and emotions. You’ll find proven strategies, including mindfulness, exercise, expressing feelings and exploring spirituality. You can choose the activity that suits you best, and the application customizes the exercises to your individual preferences.
