How We Feel is an application to help you find the right words to describe how you feel and find strategies to manage your emotions. You’ll even be able to correlate your emotions with your sleep, exercise level or habits to identifier patterns over time.
The application is also enriched with vignettes on how negative thought patterns work, mindfulness, the impact of misunderstood emotions, releasing emotions through movement, and more. The “How We Feel Friends” feature lets you share your emotions in real time with the people you trust most.
