The aim of this research project was to evaluate a peer support program designed to promote the mental health and academic success of university students, implemented in three Montreal universities. This program is designed for university undergraduates experiencing anxiety and is offered by graduate student peers. The results reveal not only the effects of this intervention, but also the factors facilitating and constraining the implementation of such a program. To find out more, read the executive summary and the full report of the study. The Observatoire sur la réussite en enseignement supérieur has also written a summary article on the subject.
