Measure 2.1 of the Action Plan on Student Mental Health in Higher Education of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) calls on institutions to adopt an institutional policy setting out the main guidelines for promoting well-being and developing positive mental health on campus. The MES has also developed a model institutional policy on student mental health that institutions can draw on.
