This scientific article outlines the results of a study designed to evaluate the needs and effects of a Centre de soutien par les pairs implemented at McGill University to improve the quality of services offered. Data was collected from 2016 to 2020 from 1,043 students and 797 volunteers, using questionnaires about their well-being and interviews about the services they received.
