Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese practice that involves a slow, guided walk in nature. A social worker from the Service d’aide psychosociale du Cégep de Sherbrooke team, trained in this type of group intervention, offers the student community a weekly 1 h 45 shinrin-yoku session. The activity takes place outdoors and is accessible to all levels of mobility. Teachers can also use this service to organize a shinrin-yoku session as part of an educational activity.
