The Headspace application is one of the most popular with its playful and colorful interface. It offers a wide range of mindfulness-based meditations designed to manage stress and anxiety, as well as improve sleep and release physical tension.

You will be introduced to group meditation and sports meditations including yoga and running sessions guided by specialists and Olympic athletes. The app also offers content to optimize concentration and creativity, whether at work or during studies.
