This ORES synthesis article presents the results of research carried out in the UK with first-year university students who had taken the “Science of Happiness” course. This is a credit course in which students are encouraged to develop healthy habits and coping strategies. The aim of the research was to understand how to maintain the long-term effects of this course on students.
